HUDSON - An accused killer is behind bars in Hudson.

Police say Morshed shot InStinfil -- his neighbor -- in the neck.

They say InStinfil -- bleeding heavily -- jumped into a cab and tried to make it to it to the hospital. He was declared dead a short time later.

Meanwhile, police say Morshed fled the scene.

On his way out of court, Morshed told a NewsChannel 13 reporter he didn't do it and wasn't even in Hudson Sunday night.

Police say as of now, they have not found a murder weapon.
