Montgomery Co. SPCA stops accepting applications to adopt neglected dogs

The Montgomery County SPCA says they are no longer accepting applications to adopt the dogs found neglected in a home on Route 30 in the town of Florida.

They've received nearly 100 applications.


Elizabeth Dolder from Duanesburg was arrested in connection with the dogs rescued from those deplorable living conditions.

They found 14 dogs, including nine puppies.

Police say Dolder turned herself in.
