Interest remains for Troy's Monument Square redevelopment

TROY - The city of Troy says there is strong interest in the Monument Square redevelopment project.

Four development partners in and out of the Capital Region are expressing interest.

The city has been trying to redevelop the site where City Hall once stood for some time.

An internal review committee will now take a look at the proposals and select the team that's best fit to implement changes that align with the community's vision.
