The mother of a toddler that's been missing in Tennessee for over two months was taken into custody on Tuesday night.

The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office says Megan "Maggie" Boswell was charged with one count of false reports. She's being held on a $25,000 bond.

Her daughter, 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell was reported missing last week, two months after family says she was last seen. Her mother claims a baby-sitter took the toddler in December, then disappeared.

The Sullivan County Sheriff previously said the information Boswell has given them is not accurate.

People and businesses in the community are offering a reward upwards of $50,000 for Evelyn’s safe return.
