The Warren County Sheriff's Office is charging a motorcyclist with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Authorities pulled Christopher West over around 8 p.m. in Lake George on Route 9N.

During the stop, deputies were flagged down by a passing car who said West had hit another motorcycle and took off.

Police say West had a BAC level of 0.18.

They say West failed field sobriety tests and is also charged with possession of marijuana and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
