Lawyer: Payroll victims will be made whole

CLIFTON PARK - The FBI is asking for help in their investigation of the Clifton Park payroll company that appears to have gotten away with a $26 million swindle.
The federal agency wants companies or employees affected by last week's sudden shut down of MyPayrollHR to contact them as soon as possible.
In the meantime, NewsChannel 13 spoke with Wendy Slavkin, General Counsel for Cachet Financial Services, a California-based company that has been distributing payroll money for MyPayrollHR for about a dozen years, on Wednesday afternoon.
