HALCOTT - A horse is rescued from a farm in Greene County. Now, its owner is charged.

Investigators say 73-year-old William Hrazanek kept the horse in a metal building in poor living conditions and without proper food.

He was charged with cruelty to animals and released on his own recognizance.

The horse was taken to a veterinarian for care.

Investigators say more charges are possible.
