Two new lawsuits were filed Thursday afternoon in connection with the deadly Schoharie limousine crash that left 20 people dead.

Nauman Hussain, the operator of the limo company, is charged with criminally negligent homicide.

Attorney's representing the estates of seven other victims filed two lawsuits on Thursday seeking unspecified damages from several defendants -  including Hussain, the state of New York, the Department of Transportation and Department of Motor Vehicles, and others.

The suits allege Hussain was aware the limo shouldn't have been on the road, but rented it out anyway.

Now, attorneys for the victims say they want justice for the families.

The lawsuit also names Mavis Discount Tire, claiming the company didn't complete the repair work they said - and were paid to do.
