New Siena poll looks at New Yorkers view on bail reform

A new Siena poll looks at how New Yorkers feel about the new bail reform law and Governor Cuomo.

The poll finds that 49 percent of New Yorkers say the new law eliminating monetary bail for people facing misdemeanor and non-violent felony charges is bad for New York.

The Siena poll also finds that Governor Cuomo has a 49 percent favorability rating. That is up from a 44 percent rating in November.
