Investigators: Man was drunk when he hit deer in Queensbury

A Fort Edward man started his Fourth of July by getting arrested.

Investigators with the Warren County Sheriff's Department say 22-year-old Nicholas Cassella hit a deer on State Route 9L in Queensbury around 1:30 a.m.

Police say a blood alcohol test showed Cassella was three times over the legal limit.
