Final defendant in Glens Falls manslaughter pleads guilty

Nicholas Hamel has pleaded guilty to attempted assault and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was charged with manslaughter in the death of Charles Werner.

Hamel and his friend, Skylar Phillips, were involved in a drug deal with Werner.

Phillips used Hamel's knife to stab Werner.

Hamel is expected to get two to four years when sentenced on March 8.
