Turner is accused of entering the bank around 10:00 a.m. Friday. While inside, he was accused of approaching a bank teller and passing a note demanding money. Police say the note implied a weapon was possessed even though nothing was shown.

Turner then left with an undisclosed amount of money. No injuries were reported. He was charged with robbery in the 3rd degree and grand larceny, both a class D felony.

Rotterdam Police took Turner into custody with assistance from the Niskayuna Police Department.
