No Bake Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS: 

1 1/4 cup rolled oats (not Irish oats, just plain old-fashioned oats)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup uncooked quinoa

1/3 cup agave nectar

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips 

1 tsp vanilla

STEPS: 

1- Add everything in a bowl and stir well.

2- Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes so the mixture can firm up a bit. This makes it easier to scoop and roll.

3- After 20 minutes, use your cookie scoop to portion out each bite; roll in hands to smooth out and you have made yourself a no bake energy bite!

You can place them in a container with a lid and place back in the fridge for snack time.
