A North Adams man has pleaded guilty to killing his wife two years ago.

Mark Steele-Knudslien was sentenced to life in prison. In January of 2018, he stabbed his wife, Christa, and struck her with a hammer inside their home.

The Berkshire County District Attorney says the sentence will, "keep a very dangerous person away from the community for years to come."
