NXIVM founder's sentencing now set for June

A new sentencing date has now been set for NXIVM founder Keith Raniere. He is now due to learn his fate on June 23.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says the plan is to hold it in the courtroom, but it can also be done by video conference if necessary.

Raniere is convicted of sex trafficking, forced labor and racketeering. He could face life in prison when he's sentenced.
