Government looks to seize Halfmoon properties in NXIVM investigation

The government wants to seize two Halfmoon properties in connection with the NXIVM investigation.

Court documents show the properties involved are 8 Hale Drive and 127 Grenadier Court in Halfmoon.

NXIVM leader Keith Raniere and Actress Allison Mack will stand trial starting in October. They're accused of sex trafficking. Both have pleaded not guilty.

Authorities have said they expect to make more arrests.
