Jury deliberations expected soon over NXIVM founder's fate

The defense has rested, and Keith Raniere's fate is about to be decided by the jury.

Closing arguments wrapped up Tuesday morning in the sex trafficking trial of the NXIVM leader. The judge then spent the day charging the jury.

Deliberations should begin on Wednesday.

Prosecutors on Monday called Raniere a "con man" and a "crime boss."

The defense argued he had no criminal intent and that his sexual encounters with followers were consensual.
