State Liquor Authority suspends Troy tavern's license

TROY - The State Liquor Authority has suspended the license of O'Leary's Tavern in Troy.

Investigators say they received complaints about underage drinking at the bar on 15th Street last Friday.

Undercover investigators went in and started checking IDs. The SLA says nearly 80 percent of approximately 100 customers in the bar were under the legal drinking age.

O'Leary's is now charged with 30 violations, including 29 counts of selling to a minor.
