Gov. Cuomo says outdoor dining in Phase 2 areas of New York state – including the Capital Region, can begin on Thursday.

There are a few restrictions. Tables must be six-feet apart, all staff must wear face coverings, and all customers must wear face coverings when not seated.

It comes as New York state continues to see its lowest number of coronavirus hospitalizations and lowest daily death toll to date.
