A Schenectady woman is facing charges after being arrested twice in one day.

State police say they found 29-year-old Parvatie Sukhram driving a stolen vehicle on the Northway in Colonie just before 9 a.m. on Thursday.

They say she also had debit cards belonging to the vehicle's owner.

Just after 5:30 that same day, they say she was found trying to break into vehicles in a parking lot in Clifton Park and later admitted that she was trying to steal a car.
