It all started last Friday. Swails was stopped around 1 a.m. Police say they found two open cans of beer in the car.

Then just two days later, he was pulled over around 3 a.m., after police saw him swerving all over the road. He was arrested a second time.

Then, Thursday night, Swails was stopped near South Pearl Street and Herkimer Street. Police say they found an open bottle of liquor in the car.

Police say Swails was so drunk, he was sent to Albany Medical Center for an evaluation.

Swails was arraigned Friday morning and released.
