Pedal-Paddle-Run Triathlon welcomes warm weather and competition

There are finally signs the weather is getting warmer! 

The Pedal-Paddle-Run Triathlon took place Saturday, and participants from all over the Capital District were ready for competition.

The race encouraged participants to bike, paddle (with either a canoe or kayak), or run. 

The run consisted of a 5k along the Mohawk Hudson Bikeway. Those who were in the water had to paddle two miles along the Mohawk River. Bikers had to pedal seven miles along Aqueduct Road and the Mohawk Hudson Bikeway.
