Malls, movies, gyms, not part of Phase 4 start after all

Malls, outdoor theme parks, gyms, and movie theaters will not re-open at the start of Phase 4 in New York.

Albany County Executive Dan McCoy confirmed the details Tuesday afternoon. He says outdoor and lower risk indoor activities will be allowed to move forward.

McCoy says museums, aquariums, and zoos will be allowed to open at 25 percent capacity.
