Pittsfield police say charges pending in hit-and-run

Pittsfield police have found the driver in a hit-and-run and say charges are pending.

They say 45-year-old Jeanine Pettijohn was hit Monday afternoon while walking near the intersection of West Union Street and Pacific Street. She was admitted to Berkshire Medical Center with head and leg injuries.

Anyone who may have seen the crash is asked to give police a call.
