A man who was arrested on five burglary charges over the course of a year, has been arrested again.

Kevin Raymond, Jr. is accused of breaking into a business and stealing money from the cash register in East Greenbush. He was released under the new state bail reform law.

East Greenbush Police Chief Elaine Rudzinksi said in part, “Unfortunately for Mr. Raymond we will still continue to show up…regardless of the challenges law enforcement now face.”

She added, “Even if it means arresting the same individual over and over again.”
