July 09, 2019 06:17 AM

Police will be busy handing out tickets this summer in parts of the Capital Region, but the tickets are for free ice cream.

Saratoga, Schenectady, Fulton, and Hamilton counties are teaming up with State Senator Jim Tedisco's Office to pass out tickets for free ice cream to kids spotted biking, skateboarding and rollerblading while wearing a helmet.
