Police investigating missing wheelchair from young shooting victim

Albany Police say they need help tracking down a stolen wheelchair from a young shooting victim. 

Phiona Williams survived a murder-suicide in Georgia last September. She then moved to upstate New York to live with her grandmother.

Police say Phiona's wheelchair was taken from their South Ferry Street home this week. A GoFundMe organized by her grandmother Linda Williams hopes to replace the chair.
