Possible charges considered for Corinth man who accidentally shot wife to death

Services take place on Wednesday for the Saratoga County woman who was shot and killed by her husband Thursday night.

As friends and family mourn Ashley Rosenbrock, police and prosecutors try to figure out if charges should be brought against her husband.

Police say her husband, Eric Rosenbrock, was maintaining his handgun, when he accidentally discharged a bullet that hit and killed his wife.

Police and prosecutors are working to determine if Mr. Rosenbrock was criminally negligent when the gun fired.

Services for his wife are 9 a.m. Wednesday at United Methodist Church.
