Hunter - a former Albany High standout basketball player, was shot and killed at a party at the Hillcrest Apartments in Niskayuna back in late May.

After a lengthy investigation that included hundreds of pieces or evidence and interviewing two-dozen witnesses, authorities now say Hunter is to blame.

Brown and Thompson are both facing weapons charges.

Two other people are also charged in connection with the shooting.
