One local car service company says he might lose his business after the crash.

Johnny Harbi owns Prestige Car Service in Albany. He told NewsChannel 13 on Wednesday that people have been calling his company and leaving horrible messages, mistaking his business for Prestige Limousine in Saratoga County.

Harbi says he had to take down his company's website, after receiving threatening messages and death threats.

"My dispatch walked away just because he's like, we were receiving terrible calls, we're not going to be in business soon because of the guy that basically did this," explained Harbi. "I'm not a killer, I have nothing to do with that. I came from a place where it's just everything is terrible. I came to survive here."

Harbi says despite the confusion, he will not change his company's name.
