Prosecutors respond to appear of former SUNY Poly president

Federal prosecutors are responding to former SUNY Poly President Alain Kaloyeros' appeal.

Prosecutors filed a point by point response to his complaint.

In July last year, Kaloyeros was convicted of fraud and conspiracy for rigging bids with company executives he did business with.

He was sentenced to three and a half years in prison and ordered to pay a $100,000 fine.
