February 14, 2019 01:43 PM

A street theater opposing the new Reproductive Health Act took place in the Capital Region on Thursday.

Backed by pro-life activist Randall Terry, dressed as the devil, the skit is in response to New York state's late-term abortion law passed last month.

The troupe was in Schenectady Thursday morning before heading to downtown Albany.

The tour began this week in Buffalo and is making its way down to New York City.

"We want to give this picture to people to show in a visual sense, hopefully, to jar folks into reality about who and what Cuomo is and that is an evildoer," said Terry.

Terry is the founder of Operation Rescue. He says at each stop, he is gaining more and more local support against the new law.
