Public meeting held to talk about Albany police shooting

Albany Police Chief Eric Hawkins and local activist Alice Green attended a public meeting to talk about a police shooting.

Ellazar Williams, 19, was paralyzed from the waist down when he was shot by an officer back in August.

The following month, authorities concluded the shooting was justified. Many residents were outraged.   

Williams was charged with menacing a police officer and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use it.
