SCHENECTADY - It was all about exercising mind, body, and puppies in Schenectady on Saturday.

"Puppy Yoga" was held at Best Fitness on Watt Street.

The event was hosted by the organization "Help Orphan Puppies."

Organizers say it not only helps dogs socialize, it educates humans about the organization's mission to help the dogs – and also opens up the world of yoga to others.
