QUEENSBURY- The Red Cross is helping out on Monday morning after a fire destroyed an apartment building.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at the Post Star reported that the fire broke at 32 Homer Avenue in Queensbury on Sunday.

The home had four apartments in it. One person made it out on their own.

Firefighters found a second person as soon as they got inside the burning building. That person was rushed to Glens Falls Hospital. NewsChannel 13 is working to find out the condition of the person who was hospitalized.

The fire caused the roof to collapse.

No firefighters were injured.
