Queensbury man dies in motorcycle crash

September 08, 2019 10:49 AM

A Queensbury man has died from his injuries after police say his motorcycle crashed into the side of a pickup truck.

Police say last Monday, 34-year-old Nicholas Monteleone tried to pass cars in front of him in a 'no passing zone' and hit a truck making a left turn. He passed away on Wednesday.

Monteleone reportedly suffered multiple fractures, internal injuries and a head injury.

No one in the truck was hurt.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office is continuing their investigation, but say charges will not be likely given their belief that Monteleone was at fault.
