Man charged with touching teen girl at Great Escape Lodge

A Connecticut man is charged with inappropriately touching a 14-year-old girl.

Investigators say it happened Saturday at the Great Escape Lodge in Queensbury.

Radish Naipaul, 47, is accused of grabbing the girl's bathing suit, pushing it partially down her hip and then placing his hand on the girl's buttock as she played water basketball.

Naipaul was due back in court on Monday morning.
