Campaign treasurer for disgraced former Cohoes mayor owes restitution

Former disgraced Cohoes Mayor Shawn Morse's former campaign treasurer will have to pony up $3,500 in restitution.

That was the outcome of a court appearance on Wednesday for Ralph Signoracci.

His sentencing was also moved to November.

He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with Morse's arrest.

Signoracci admitted to moving over $12,000 in campaign donations to Morse's personal accounts. The money was then allegedly used for dining, vacations, and home projects.

Mayor Morse pleaded guilty to charges in August. He is scheduled to be sentenced in December.
