Registered nurses will be calling on Albany Med to improve staffing on Thursday night.
They’ll be raising their concerns over short staffing that they say is impacting patient wait times and the care of patients.
They are also in the midst of contract negotiations over wages and benefits.
In April of last year, the majority of the nurses made the decision to join the New York State Nurses Association.
The group of nurses will be in front of Albany Medical Center around 5 p.m. on Thursday.
