A Rensselaer man is under arrest accused of drugged driving and possession of drug charges.
State Police charged 48-year-old Robert Giacomino after they say he failed a sobriety test. Troopers confirmed they found at least four bags in his vehicle believed to be fentanyl.
Authorities were tipped of a car that was driving erratically on Miller Road on Castleton. A check of the area lead police to a parking lot where Giacomino was reportedly sitting in the driver's seat showing signs of impairment.
