Rep. Paul Tonko discusses hope for change in Washington

Congressman Paul Tonko easily won a sixth term on Tuesday. He stopped by NewsChannel 13 on Wednesday to talk about the election. 

As for the record number of women elected -- upwards of 100 -- and the large turnout of women voters, the congressman hopes that will change the tone in Washington.
