June 16, 2019 01:42 PM

A 19-year-old was saved by rescue teams after slipping off the overlook at Thacher Park Saturday morning.

Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple says two men were drinking around 6:30 a.m when one, 19-year-old Dylan J. Dunney, crossed the barrier and slipped of the cliff.

Dunney was found conscious 150 feet down. He was lifted and transported to Albany Medical Center Hospital in critical condition.

Apple says the other person was arrested for trespassing and serving alcohol to a minor.
