Restaurant workers call for charges against four restaurants

ALBANY- Restaurant workers will rally outside Governor Cuomo’s office on Monday, calling for charges to be filed against four restaurants.

They claim the restaurants are not following the rules of the two-tiered wage system, which requires them to be paid a now higher minimum wage plus tips.

They’ll be outside the governor’s office at 10:30 a.m.
