Ribbon being cut on new Troy Vietnamese restaurant

TROY - A ribbon cutting was planned on Friday for a new Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Troy.

NewsChannel 13 was there right before Quang's Vietnamese Bistro officially opened earlier this year.

The ribbon cutting celebration was planned 3:30 Friday afternoon.
