Waterford police release name of man killed by train

Waterford police are releasing the name of the man killed by a train on Saturday morning.

The victim was 22-year-old Richard Nelson Jr. from Waterford.

Police say he was hit and killed by a Canadian Pacific train just before 5 a.m.

Police are trying to figure out why Nelson was on the tracks in the first place.
