Capital Region cleans up from winter's early debut

Long before daylight on Friday, plow teams were out on the main roads. They were first treated -- and then they pushed back the snow that started falling Thursday night.

The snow slowed overnight, but picked up before dawn.

What made it look and feel worse is that the leaves are off the trees, but aren't picked up yet.

Winter doesn't officially begin for more than a month.
