A western New York man has been arrested after authorities say he used his job at CVS to steal about 2 and a half million dollars worth of diabetes test strips.

The US attorney's office says 25-year-old Antonio Rivera ordered boxes of the strips from the Rochester Pharmacy where he worked.

An audit could not account for the 20 thousand of these boxes, which lead to an investigation. Prosecutors say more audits showed payments for the test strips had been deposited into River's bank accounts.
