Montgomery County woman accused of tattooing child

A Montgomery County woman is accused of tattooing a child.

State police say 18-year-old Rogeana Zasa tattooed a 13-year-old child while they were at a home in Broadalbin.

Zasa is now charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

She's due back in court next week.
