Roundabout construction shifts Clifton Park traffic patterns

CLIFTON PARK - A heads up if you'll be traveling through Clifton Park.

Monday begins a new phase of work on a new roundabout at Route 146 and Vischer Ferry Road.

Drivers should watch for lane shifts and a change in the traffic pattern there.

The ongoing project will turn the intersection into a two-lane roundabout.

The roundabout will also include paths for bicycles and pedestrians.

The temporary traffic pattern is expected to remain in place until September.
