A restaurant barge that broke free on the Hudson River in January will be forced to shut down.
NewsChannel 13 spoke with the owner of the Rusty Anchor on Thursday. He says damage to the barge is significant and he can't afford to fix it.
He says he wants to keep his staff and loyal customers -- and he's working with the city of Watervliet to try and open something else on the waterfront.
